Day 7: A Surprise

I finally feel like Fall has arrived thanks to the rainy weather and colder temperatures today. I decided to take advantage of this and take a moment to surprise m husband with one of his favorite meals, Jalapeno Chicken Chili. I started to prep the meal tonight while he was sleeping due to having an early start in the morning. I know how much he will appreciate this gesture tomorrow when he gets off work tomorrow. I hope it's worth all the scrubbing I will need to do to get the jalapeno juice off of my hands! I enjoy this meal, but I tend to surprise myself by not getting all the jalapeno juice off of my hands!
